Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Mental Healthcare - Psychology or Psychiatry Graduate to recruit into relevant discipline.


Mind Professional specialise in permanent and temporary placement of professionals in the mental healthcare sector and are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our team to train to become Recruitment Consultants.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Psychology or Psychiatry Graduate)

ACCOUNTABLE TO:
Recruitment Team Manager


HOURS: 37.5 (Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:00)


LOCATION:
Stow-cum-Quy, 4 miles North-East of Cambridge - Cambridgeshire


Objectives of Role:


Recruitment Duties

  • Ensuring all applicants meet our recruitment and compliance requirements
  • CV searches on internal and external databases
  • Contact website registrations and incoming CV's, both via the telephone and facetoface for prescreening
  • Proactively research information
  • Gaining specialist knowledge about niche market sectors through qualitative research and training

Recruitment Administrative Duties

  • Answering of phones, taking messages.
  • Adding of new clients to our internal database and requesting credit checks
  • Adding and constructing new jobs to our internal recruitment management system
  • Adding any job documents (job descriptions/person specifications/required checklists) to the relevant job

Desirable

  • Psychology degree or degree in a relevant discipline
  • Previous experience of the mental health sector
  • Previous experience of any sort within the recruitment sector
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector

Career Progression Opportunities for the future:
You will start as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and will be provided with a desk target and associated commission. With the right attitude and approach you will progress into a Recruitment Consultant Role within 18-24 months. Following this, there is scope to progress to Senior Recruitment Consultant.

The post holder will be required to undertake any other duties as may be required for the effective performance of the post.


Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year
