Description

Effectively respond to organisational needs by working with Business Change and Clinical Assurance teams to design high quality training courses and materials.


  • Deliver clinical systems training courses to SCFT staff from various service areas of the organisation across Sussex as identified by Digital Transformation projects or as business as usual.
  • Provide onsite floor walking and remote support to staff as required.
  • Review, develop and maintain all training materials in accordance with approved changes.
  • Provide advice and follow up support to service users post training.
  • Work alongside managers and service leads to identify effective processes within the various healthcare settings to effectively implement chosen clinical systems.


The post holder will report directly to the Digital Systems Training Manager and will be a key member of the Digital Systems Training Team, working closely with the Digital Transformation team, the Education and Training department, and the Trust's HR/Workforce Development teams.


The post holder will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the workforce and to personally provide training as and when necessary to individuals and groups.


The post holder may frequently need travel between various Trust sites across Sussex to deliver training to service staff and hot desk as appropriate.
