6a Vision Homes Construction - Project Administrator
The range of work we undertake includes full design to completion of new builds, partial and full house renovations, extensions, bespoke timber framed buildings, detailed joinery and landscaping.
Our polite, reliable and skilled staff undertake all aspects of works using traditional techniques and our level of service and quality of craftsmen is the key to our reputation.
Projects will include:
- Extensions and Renovations
Bathrooms
Internal Finishes
Oak Framed Garages
Garden Buildings.
Highlights of what this role will include:
Completing the daily site diary recording who is on each construction site
Project purchasing:
ordering materials as required ensuring schedules are met with delivery dates and best prices achieved
Using Procore and our network for each construction project, ensuring both are kept up to date with drawings, schedules and associated project documents, archiving of superseded documents
Assist with project pack handover and kick off meeting preparation meetings
Work with our Project Estimator to prepare project cost plans to include obtaining quotes for materials and sub-contractors
Compile Health and Safety folders for new projects with Assistant Project Manager
Compile Handover and Completion packs with Assistant Project Manager
Ensure sub-contractor insurance database is maintained and kept up to date
