Description

We are looking for an experienced transport planner to work at our Hainge Road site, Enterprise House'.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the organisation of a fleet of vehicles, planning routes and delivery schedules in the most time efficient and cost effective way for the business and our customers.

Good organisational skills and administrative accuracy is essential.

They will also be responsible for effective loading of vehicles (3.5t vans), so FLT licence is desirable.

Planning of delivery schedule
Planning vehicle loading plans
Liaising with customer services team
Assist with loading vehicles
Assist with maintenance records for all company vehicles
Organise intercompany material movements with drivers
Organise use of 3rd party couriers
Goods in administration assistance

Hours of work:
Monday - Thursday, 36 hours

Salary:
£18-20k

Reports to:
Logistics Manager
