Overview:


Are you a master of organisation and efficiency? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Construction Division and help us deliver exceptional results.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our operations, providing support, guidance, and direction to ensure sustainable growth and success.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, promote, and improve working processes and efficiencies, ensuring clear documentation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operations Manager and other teams to implement and review necessary information and data.
  • Assist with the management of IT platforms and maximise the efficiency of internal and external systems.
  • Monitor employee performance and ensure coaching and development opportunities are provided.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, representing the team in a professional manner.
  • Comply with service standards and report complaints effectively.
  • Act as a role model for ethical business conduct and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Carry out duties following internal policies and procedures, putting clients at the heart of our business.

Qualifications:

  • Dip CII / ACII or equivalent education is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of general insurance and risk management principles.
  • Experience in operational analysis and management, exceeding targets within a regulated framework.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and relevant IT systems.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
