The role:


Are you an ambitious Corporate Senior Associate 6+ years PQE looking to join a team that is considered a go-to advisor for some of the most significant M&A transactions in the UK legal market? If so, this prominent Bristol team would like to hear from you.


This high-flying team is seeking an experienced Senior Associate with a solid background in private M&A work, public sector client takeovers, complex restructures and equity investments gained at a reputable firm.

They're looking for someone with a passion for deal execution, showcasing a knack for devising commercial solutions. The presence of stellar transactional and management skills will also be pivotal in delivering excellence for clients.


The constant within the team is working with high-quality clients on interesting M&A deals, but otherwise, the nature of the work is very varied with the chance to get involved with specialist matters in sectors like Energy, Net Zero, Infrastructure, Utilities, Financial Services and in the public domain.
