Part time Bookkeeper

Southwest London

£17.00 p/h + £2.05 p/h holiday pay, a total of £19.05 p/h

Hybrid Working
The company are located minutes' walk from one of the best high streets featuring excellent shops, restaurants and bars. Further benefits include hybrid working, bright and airy offices minutes' walk from tube, train and local buses.


Ideally you will be AAT qualified or similar, have used Xero accounting software and have has similar experience in a previous job.


Key responsibilities of the Part time Bookkeeper:

  • Parttime support in finance function of 2 to 3 day per week
  • Knowledge of Xero is essential
  • Raising invoices
  • Chasing of overdue payments
  • Creating weekly payment schedule to suppliers
  • Submission of monthly and fortnightly payroll information
  • Bank reconciliations with Xero
  • General finance support to Site Supervisors

Key skills of the Part time Bookkeeper:

  • Ms Excel
  • Xero accounting software
  • Ideally AAT qualified or qualified by experience

£17.00 p/h + £2.05 p/h holiday pay, a total of £19.05 p/h

9am to 5pm

Job Types:
Part-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£17.00-£19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
