They are recruiting for an Accounts Senior offering hybrid working from their Louth office.

The role of the Accounts Senior

  • Primary contact for a portfolio of clients, taking overall responsibility for client relationship management and developing relationships with new and existing clients to identify opportunities to sell all the company's services
  • Identifying complex challenges your clients face and provide viable solutions for them
  • Using the combined knowledge and skills of your team to add measurable value to the client experience
  • Pitching for new business opportunities
  • Creating tender documents
  • Providing accounting and commercial advice to a portfolio of clients
  • Supporting the management team to achieve targets and ensuring operational objectives are met in line with 'Our 2025 Vision'
  • Making sure your team is equipped with the skills they need to deliver the best possible client experience, coupled with clear career opportunities and a supportive work environment in which talents can flourish
  • Conduct performance reviews and set clear objectives, maintaining fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity in everything that you do
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE, with five years in general practice
  • Project management experience
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office 36
  • The role also requires travel to clients and other offices; therefore, a driving licence is required

Salary:
£39,500.00-£59,000.00 per year
