They are recruiting for an Accounts Senior offering hybrid working from their Louth office.

The role of the Accounts Senior

Primary contact for a portfolio of clients, taking overall responsibility for client relationship management and developing relationships with new and existing clients to identify opportunities to sell all the company's services
Identifying complex challenges your clients face and provide viable solutions for them
Using the combined knowledge and skills of your team to add measurable value to the client experience
Pitching for new business opportunities
Creating tender documents
Providing accounting and commercial advice to a portfolio of clients
Supporting the management team to achieve targets and ensuring operational objectives are met in line with 'Our 2025 Vision'
Making sure your team is equipped with the skills they need to deliver the best possible client experience, coupled with clear career opportunities and a supportive work environment in which talents can flourish
Conduct performance reviews and set clear objectives, maintaining fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity in everything that you do
ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE, with five years in general practice
Project management experience
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office 36
The role also requires travel to clients and other offices; therefore, a driving licence is required
