Thurmaston

Monday to Thursday , Early finish Friday hrs pw

Permanent

£10.44 per Hour Attendance allowance

Encore are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established market leading company, Due to market conditions and the order book growing they are looking to increase the size of the team on the shopfloor with permanent members of staff from day one.

Working a day shift 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday and 7.30am pm Friday
Offering a pay rate od £10.44 per hour on a permanent basis.

Job Role:

As a Machine Operator, you will be tasked with Operating machinery within a manufacturing environment, as well as working with wax to assemble moulds ahead of casting.

Typical Duties Include:

Operating Machinery
Selecting and fitting the right Die within the machine
Loading the machine with raw material and unloading finished product
Visual Quality inspection of moulds as they come off the machine.
Working with wax to Mold, manipulate and form moulds to client requirements.
Ability to cover other sections as and when required.

Desirable experience:

Previous Experience operating machinery within an engineering / manufacturing environment.
Experience working with Wax or alternatively plastics or acrylics would be a good fit for this tole.
Experience working within an engineering environment.
Ability to follow instructions.
