Patient Experience Officer
Venn Group is currently working with a reputable NHS organisation in London for a Patient Experience Officer to support the organisation.
- Provide a central and visible point of contact for any service user requiring information or advice about the NHS or on health related matters
- Manage a caseload of formal complaints and MP enquiries
Essential experience required:
- NHS Complaints experience
Job Title:

Duration: 6 Months
Hours: 37.5 per week
Daily rate:
£192.76 PAYE including holiday pay, or £214.53 via an umbrella
Location:
Hybrid, can be fully remote (London)
