We are currently working with a very well know Insurance company to find a Payroll Administrator with strong experience of Sage systems and a friendly attitude.

They provide a market-leading, personalised service to a wide portfolio of clients, helping people to make the most from their money and pursue their goals


What you'll be doing:


  • Collecting employee pay information from Heads of departments.
  • Processing of new tax codes for employees.
  • Inputting of sick pay, maternity pay and other pay changes.
  • Managing the full pay process for employees on a monthly basis.
  • Preparing payment runs for client accounts.
  • Reviewing and reconciling incoming funds from clients.

What you'll need to apply:


  • Payroll processing for a large number of employees.
  • Sage system experience.
  • Processing sick pay, maternity pay and other pay changes.
