We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Security Service Centre Operator at one of our clients based in London.

Our client, a pioneer in the 'Tech sector'; is forward thinking, inclusive and innovative; providing world class services and bespoke office spaces to all who are on site.

The client's facilities are modern and designed with functionality and form at their core.

The Security Service Centre Operator will perform technical security monitoring, incident support and will form the first line of communications across the business from within the Service Center.

Operators will maintain awareness of international business travel and global incidents and will undertake analysis of open source intelligence. Operators will utilise technical systems, including CCTV, access control and client ticketing systems.

An adept communicator and team player, the SSC Operator will be able to provide excellent written & verbal communication whilst operating within set timeframes.

They will thrive producing high standard written and electronic reports, for review by the Leadership teams.

The operation will maintain 24hr coverage of the client's property and emergency communications, reporting in response to local and international incidents.
