Ashberry Recruitment are looking for a part time Trainee HR and Strategic Support Officer to work within an Independent Specialist SEN School.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues
- Referring issues to senior HR staff
- Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers
- Conducting inductions of new staff
- Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review
- Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Responding to other adhoc queries from management within the company
Salary/Hours
- 25 Hours Per Week 3 Days
This role could be based in Burnley, Blackpool or Barnoldswick
Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Experience:
- HR: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD qualification (preferred)
