Description

Our client, a leading business in their field, is looking to recruit many Production Line Operative staff to start immediately on an ongoing temporary basis (rolling contract no end date), this may go permanent in the future.

We are looking for reliable, experienced people for
immediate starts.

SHIFT PATTERN:

This role is working a 3 shift rota (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am) Monday to Friday, shifts rotate weekly.

Salary is £14.98 per hour across all shifts (as the shift allowance is included).

Overtime paid at time and a half when over 40 hours worked, and double pay on most weekend hours (overtime rate based on a basic hourly rate of £12.24 x1.5 / x2).

Responsibilities:

Working as part of a production team, overlooking / operating manufacturing machines.
Manual mixing of products, manufacturing products and checking for inconsistencies

The Person:

Have experience of working in a manufacturing / production / assembly environment.
Positive attitude.
Reliable.
Willing to help out with adhoc tasks when necessary.
Ability to work as a team.
Happy to carry out some heavy lifting (not excessive)

We will consider you for the role if you have experience as a Production Operative / Manufacturing Operative / Machine Operator / Factory Worker / Assembler / Assembly Operative / Fabrication Operative / Fabricator / Machinist / Labourer / Process Operator / Factory Worker / Joiner / Construction / Builder / Groundworker / and similar hands-on roles.
