Business Intelligence Leads within UKI MedTech located in either our Leeds or Pinewood offices. Each role with have a unique focus, either on Solutions Development or Salesforce Development and Data Quality.
Purpose of the roleWhat to expect**:
- Solutions Development _
- Proactively shape and lead the development, deployment and maintenance of Business Intelligence Solutions across UKI
- Seek to fully address customer needs, providing specialised assistance and advice as required, enhancing their capabilities and effectiveness by ensuring that BI outputs and solutions are fit for purpose, properly understood and appropriately exploited, aid intelligent decision making and realise cost savings opportunities
- Building, maintaining, automating, and optimising data integration activities, utilising and improving our existing data pipelines. Partnering across the team to support in the seamless integration of currently disparate data sources, to create a comprehensive, integrated, accessible and translatable view of our data
Salesforce Development and Data Quality _- Working in close partnership with the local team to develop intelligent business solutions that empower teams to make better, more informed decisions and free them up to focus on enabling a truly differentiated customer experience.
- Strive to improve processes and ways of working. Identify areas of weakness in availability, delivery and quality of information and suggest strategies for resolution.
- Critically analyse data and follow up queries and inconsistencies with data providers and take appropriate action to ensure the integrity of the information process is maintained
Qualifications:
Who are we looking for?
- Significant experience of providing comprehensive Business Intelligence solutions that have driven tangible business value
- Advanced MS Power BI experience (Power Query, DAX etc)
- Extensive experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- In depth experience with SQL databases and data architecture
- Consultative mindset and approach
- Ability to communicate ideas and convince an audience using data and visual storytelling
- High level of proactivity and evidenced driven, growth mindset
- Evidenced ability to lead and drive change
