Mobile Catering Assistant Role

CATERed Ltd - an award winning catering company recognised for our pro-active, dynamic and innovative approach to providing great tasting school food, now looking to recruit you to be part of our exciting company.

We have our own Mobile Team of Catering Assistants to help support the business and service of school food in schools across the city.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and committed individual to work as part of our Mobile Team of Catering Assistants to support all CATERed schools and affiliated companies across Plymouth.

The successful applicant will be a team player, will be required to work flexible hours, will be expected to travel to any school or company HQ affiliated with CATERed, and be able and confident enough to fill the role required at that site for that day.

Training will be provided, daily tasks will be varied.

You may find yourself at different locations every day or allocated to a particular site for a period of time.

Duties will include assisting the catering manager with the preparation of food, lunchtime service, setting up and putting away dining room furniture, and general cleaning and tidying duties.

The role is:

To assist in the preparation of food ensuring health, safety and hygiene legislation and regulations are followed at all times. Your base for travel claims will be Windsor House, Tavistock Road Plymouth PL6 5UF and you will be expected to travel to schools in all parts of the city.
