Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Administrator. As the HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.


Duties:


  • Assist with the administration of various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
  • Handle first level Disciplinary & Greviance meeting.
  • Draft minutes and HR documents/Letters.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee data in HR systems.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Assist with the preparation of HR documents, reports, and presentations
  • Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in HR databases
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy.
  • Familiarity with social media management for employer branding purposes is desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
