Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Administrator. As the HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Assist with the administration of various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
- Handle first level Disciplinary & Greviance meeting.
- Draft minutes and HR documents/Letters.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee data in HR systems.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist with the preparation of HR documents, reports, and presentations
- Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in HR databases
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with social media management for employer branding purposes is desirable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
