The Role
The role of Additive Manufacturing Technician will involve supporting the manufacturing process from job request through to delivery of components on polymer additive manufacturing systems, including but not limited to:
Additive Build Preparation
Machine operation
Post processing
Operation of manufacturing/research processes
Material Handling
General maintenance and troubleshooting
Liaising with engineers to resolve any issues
The Person
Hand tool or workshop experience
Sound engineering knowledge desirable
Good problem-solving attitude
Understanding of quality requirements
Team worker
Knowledge of materialise magics is desirable
Experience in Additive Manufacturing industry is desirable including;
SLS
FDM
Material Jetting
SLA
Modelling or CAD experience desirable
