Develop and implement a challenging and engaging maths curriculum that meets the needs of students in Years 8
Monitor and evaluate the quality of maths teaching and learning within the school
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance student outcomes
Foster positive relationships with students, parents and staff, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Contribute to the wider life of the school through involvement in extracurricular activities and school events

Essential Criteria:

Experience teaching maths to students in Years 4
A proven track record of delivering outstanding education and achieving excellent student outcomes
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to the school's ethos and values

Desirable Criteria:

Experience leading a team of teachers
Experience working in an independent school setting
