Basingstoke - Recruitment Consultant - c.£26k plus commission


Working in a small team with a hands-off Manager, you will be supporting the growth of their Temps desk - Industrial, Driving, Hospitality recruitment.

You will be managing current client business plus sourcing new accounts through targeted business development.

You will need to have previous recruitment agency experience (open to sector) and be someone who just gets recruitment, doesn't need hand-holding and who enjoys generating new client business.

  • Strong sales, networking and client development abilities
  • Previous experience as a billing Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong commercial business acumen and a proven billing history
  • A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills


You will be joining a small team with a very supportive and hands-off Manager so we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can land running and is passionate about their own success.
