TSR Legal have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join the busy and growing corporate and commercial team doing top quality corporate and commercial work for one of our clients.

You'll be working alongside highly rated solicitors and partnersand ongoing support and training will be provided together with the ability to work flexibly.

This firm has seen consistent growth over 10 years and provide a clear opportunity for career progression as the firm develops further.

You'll be part of a team thatwill be thinking on their feet and adapting smartly to changes and new opportunities whilst working on top quality legal work.

As a corporate solicitor, your role would include:

Working on all aspects of a varied caseload of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, MBO's and share schemes.
Advising clients on corporate governance matters.
Advising on commercial contracts and terms of business.
Advising partners on opportunities to add value to the client experience and improve profitability for the team.
Supervising junior members of the team, with the aim of maximising the teams overall contribution and performance.
Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives.
