We are the largest independent pharmaceutical wholesaler in the UK with a fast-growing international network supplying medicines to meet patient needs and providing a route to market for manufacturers.

We are fully managed and regulatory compliant, sourcing imported medicines for specific patient needs. The company is experiencing growth at the moment, providing a much-needed healthcare service.

Responsible for all aspects of:

Working closely with the internal buyers to maintain correct stock levels.
Carrying out daily checks of stock levels and ordering stock where necessary.
Reporting on problem products.
Booking stock on to the system upon receipt.
Raising claims for any discrepancies with orders from suppliers.
Reporting overstocked products to the sales team.
Chasing outstanding purchase orders with suppliers.
Completing and actioning discrepancy forms.
Carrying out spot checks of shelves and reporting to management.
Providing support and assisting with internal or external stock takes.

You may have experience in the following: Inventory Control Specialist, Stock Management Coordinator, Supply Chain Controller, Inventory Coordinator, Stock Operations Manager, Warehouse Inventory Supervisor, Inventory Control Manager, Stock Management Specialist, Materials Controller, Inventory Supervisor, Stock Operations Coordinator, Supply Chain Analyst, Inventory Management Coordinator, Stock Control Manager, Materials Coordinator, etc.
