ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will ffacilitate and drive internal and external facing programmes and/or multiple simultaneous large complex projects within the overall portfolio.?Defining and establish effective programme structure and building clear programme and project plans,including detailing the resources needed to deliver.

ABOUT YOU AND WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

In a people-led, purpose-driven organisation, you will be results and delivery-oriented with the ability to drive change through a collaborative approach that develops relationships effectively.

You will have a track record of having facilitated multi-million-pound technology programme delivery on large cross-functional programmes from start to finish and have experienced all phases of a delivery.

You will ideally have experience of project managementusing AGILE or PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) or be MSP certified and be able to demonstrate commercial savvy with critical forecasting and budget control experience.

Proven experience of supplier/vendor management, including running RFP/RFI's in conjunction with key stakeholders and ensuring that contracts are managed and understood throughout all phases of the programme is essential.

Part of the role will be to promote and discuss requirements and value propositions with senior business leads and work with the corporate business strategy function to align IT and business strategies and roadmaps so demonstrable stakeholder managementis key.
