A major District Heat Network company based in Aberdeen, have a current opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join their small team.

As Business Support Administrator, you will ensure that the administrative requirements of the Project, Maintenance, Account and Management team are met successfully.

• Provide administration support and tasks to all members of staff. Project, Maintenance, Accounts and Management.
• Manage, review and control documentation of internal quality system and liaise with internal auditors.
• Data checking of document outputs from customer management system.
• General Administration duties (answering telephone, photocopying, filing, scanning etc.)

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of office administration processes and practices.
• Regular use of major software packages i.e. Word/Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Methodical in electronic document filing.
• Confident and able to work on own initiative.
• Ability to interface and interact with individual people at all levels, including tenants within the community.
• Experienced in the production of detailed documents and reports.
• Sensitivity in handling confidential information.
• Flexible, change embracing in rapidly evolving work and market environment.
