SENIOR CRM ANALYST

SOUTH MANCHESTER (hybrid/remote)

£40,000 - £50,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the CRM Analytics team of this well-known retailer with a global presence.

Supporting customers across the UK instore and online, this is an excellent opportunity oversee the full campaign management process of thisCRM analytics function.

THE COMPANY

This client is a huge, household name retailer, operating not just in the UK but also abroad, both online and in-store.

With different arms of the business and B2B and B2C offerings, as well as various brands as their partners that tie into their own loyaltyscheme, the CRM Analytics function supports various projects for the business.

THE ROLE
As the Senior CRM Analyst, you'll be joining the CRM team, and on the day-to-day, you will be:

Conducting deep-dive analysis into data to segment the database for better understanding of the customer database
Taking part in the endtoend customer journey, building campaigns and then analysing their performance, measuring success and their impact
Communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the analytics function, be that in sales, marketing or finance off the back of your analysis

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You will need:

Previous CRM analytics or campaign analytics experience for understanding the customer base, analysing campaign performance and omnichannel marketing effectiveness
Excellent skills in:
SQL for data analysis, manipulation and coding

- a CRM tool experience for end-to-end campaign management - skills in Salesforce are preferable, but open to alternatives such as Unica or Adobe Campaign

An analytical background and mindset, in order to work with complex data sets
Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills for sharing insights
Conducting analysis on the customer journey from acquisition through to retention
A passion for customer data, making a difference, and pets
