Role:
Maintenance Manager

Salary:
£52,000- £58,000 depending on experience + generous company benefits

Location:
Eye, Suffolk

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm

Henderson Brown is pleased to be exclusively working with a valued and trusted client, in the recruitment of a Maintenance Manager at their renewable energy plant.

The company are a recognised market leader in their industry and pioneers within the renewableenergy sphere. The role is critical in delivering the key strategic objectives for the site.

Responsibilities include:
*Manage short-term and long-term maintenance objectives for the site
*Lead a team of multi-skilled technicians, providing guidance and direction
*Manage the adoption of the latest technologies in plant condition monitoring and statutory compliance.
*Hold responsibility for the station's maintenance budgets and ensure alignment with the station's business plan.
*Adhere to and manage the procurement of goods and services.
*Coordinate, plan and manage all outages to include liaising with contractors.
*Support the execution of the SHE Management system.

Assist the Financial Controller with detailing and communicating all maintenance costs.

Essential experience required:
*Experience within the renewable energy/power generation or utilities sector
*Relevant Engineering qualifications e.g., degree or time serves apprenticeship
*Relevant Health & Safety qualifications e.g., NEBOSH
*Sound people management experience and great leadership skills
*Working knowledge of CMMS systems
*Flexible and able to work 'out of hours' if needed
