Your Role:


As the Head of Sales, you'll report directly to the CEO, occupying a pivotal leadership position steering the companies sales and marketing strategies.


You will be a dynamic individual with a robust sales and marketing background, primed to create and execute innovative plans that hit revenue targets and elevate brand visibility in sync with the business blueprint.


As part of your duties, you'll oversee a small sales and marketing squad and actively manage existing client relationships while forging new ones that align with the company's strategic aspirations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Craft and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies in alignment with the overarching goals of the business.
  • Prepare compelling written responses and engaging presentations for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Lead, guide, and inspire the sales and marketing professionals towards exceeding their targets.
  • Spotlight fresh business openings, establish strategic alliances and foster enduring rapport with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Undertake market research to decode customer needs, industry trends and competitor dynamics, channeling insights into informed decisions
  • Steer the sales pipeline, monitor performance metrics and present progress updates to senior management.
  • Pioneer proactive steps, presenting solutions and collaborating internally to ensure goal attainment.
  • Oversee the inception and execution of diverse marketing campaigns across channels to boost brand recognition and lead generation.
  • Forge collaborations with crossfunctional units like product development and operations, ensuring harmonious alignment for maximal outcomes.
  • Stay at the forefront of cuttingedge sales and marketing technologies and trends, infusing innovation into strategies.
  • Uphold adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

  • Strategic outlook, grounded in datadriven decisionmaking and adept problemsolving.
  • Deepseated understanding of sales and marketing techniques, market trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Innate creativity, a fervour for innovation and an appetite for continuous enhancement.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
