Business Development Manager - Permanent, Full Time
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a stable and proven history within sales, ideally with a background within Industrial or the Engineering industry.
If you are looking to make a move from an Electrical Engineering backgroundinto Sales, then this is also a pathway our client will consider.
Duties:
- Responsible for increasing revenues on key products
- Maintain critical customer relationships
- Match customer requirements with the relevant products
- Prepare and submit quotations in a timely fashion
- Nurture existing client relationships
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities
- Keep customers updated with latest product launches
- Maintain regular contact with key customers
- Maintain the 3month rollingforecast
- Followup on quotes after an agreed timescale
Requirements:
- 5 year's experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer orientated
- Confident telephone manner
- Computer Literate
- Can work on your own initiative
