Business Development Manager - Permanent, Full Time


We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a stable and proven history within sales, ideally with a background within Industrial or the Engineering industry.

If you are looking to make a move from an Electrical Engineering backgroundinto Sales, then this is also a pathway our client will consider.


Duties:


  • Responsible for increasing revenues on key products
  • Maintain critical customer relationships
  • Match customer requirements with the relevant products
  • Prepare and submit quotations in a timely fashion
  • Nurture existing client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities
  • Keep customers updated with latest product launches
  • Maintain regular contact with key customers
  • Maintain the 3month rollingforecast
  • Followup on quotes after an agreed timescale

Requirements:


  • 5 year's experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer orientated
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Computer Literate
  • Can work on your own initiative
