Frontend Developer - UK Remote Working - £40,000 - Agency


Our client are an exciting digital agency who design, build and optimise attractive Shopify eCommerce sites for rapidly growing brands.

They are looking to double size in the next 12 months therefore an exciting role for a Frontend Developer has arisen tojoin our client as they work on big picture Shopify Plus projects for their ever growing client base From the get go you will be involved in the delivery of projects in conjunction with project, product and delivery teams contributing to the continued successfor the business


About the role


As the Frontend Developer you will be working closely with a creative minded team, you'll work on projects from start to finish crafting stunning eCommerce experiences.

This role will give you exposure to the wider development team and project/account managerstherefore there are plenty of people to learn from

In terms of the clients you will work with, they're all diverse in their own ways with 80% being based in the USA This gives a huge scope to the sort of output your projects will produce meaning that no day is ever the same

This role is permanent and fully remote, meaning you'll never have to travel again If you did fancy some days in the office, they're based in Greater Manchester and the team usually do 1-2 days per week in there with a social event every Friday after work

  • Have 2+ years experience in a similar development role (preferably in an agency setting)
  • Have experience using SASS/SCSS (desired)
  • Have experience with Shopify (liquid)
  • Have experience with Git version control
  • Have experience using Code Editors like VSCode
  • Have experience with design software such as Figma
  • Have great attention to detail that produces high quality work
  • Be excited to solve problems, learn and progress (there's always room for improvement after all)
  • Enjoy working independently and remotely (teammates are only ever a video call away)
  • Have a passion for eCommerce
  • Be excited to work collaboratively with teams from across the business
  • Have the ambition to progress into a senior role
