You will probably know us best as the friendly faces you see around your local neighbourhoods and high streets keeping your streets safe and accessible.

Within this role you will be patrolling public streets and car parks, advising the public of where they can park safely and securely, issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles, reporting suspected abandoned vehicles, and dealing with enquiries from the members of the public.


What you will be doing

  • Leading your frontline team to make sure that the delivery of the contract is maintained to the highest standards and to the complete satisfaction of the client
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Senior Team Leader
  • Create, prepare and maintain the enforcement plan and to monitor the success of those ongoing on a daily basis
  • Manage staff performance in line with our company policies
  • Ensure that staff comply with Health and Safety requirements in all aspects of their work

What do you need to be a Team Leader?

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to mentor and motivate others
  • First class customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels
  • Self-Motivated
  • Customer Focused
  • A love of working outdoors
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong Computer skills specifically in Excel
  • Knowledge to the TMA 2004 or have worked in an parking enforcement environment would be an advantage.
  • Able to work out of offers if required
