Are you a skilled and experienced planner eager to make a significant impact in the dynamic subsea industry?

Faststream are working with a major subsea operating company to add a Senior Planner to join their team on a 6-month+ contract basis.

In this crucial role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our subsea projects, providing expert support in reporting, resource forecasting, and tender preparation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive monthly reports on project progress, KPIs, and resource utilization.
Conduct thorough resource forecasting, identifying and mitigating potential capacity constraints.
Provide expert support in the development and submission of tenders, ensuring accurate planning and resource allocation.
Analyze project schedules and identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments, including engineering, operations, and procurement.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in subsea project planning and scheduling.

Qualifications:

Strong experience as Planner in the energy sector.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining accurate and detailed project schedules.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex planning issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
