- Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance

These services include supporting people within registered care, domiciliary care, people with learning difficulties, those with mental health needs, young people at risk, older people, BME groups, people at risk of being homeless, those seeking employability, education and training opportunities and those fleeing domestic abuse.

About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated
Maintenance Services Supervisor to join our property and maintenance teams based in Birmingham.
We are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Services Supervisor to help lead the services as well managing the voids and repairs team that work in house.
Reporting to the Head of Maintenance this role will be responsible for driving performance to ensure deadlines are achieved and a high standard of service delivery is maintained.
You will also contribute to ensuring the delivery of a customer focussed and value for money service is achieved.About You
- Experienced in managing varied and mobile teams
- Preferably have a housing, local authority or building surveying background
- Be an excellent communicator and negotiator
- Proven experience of financial and budgetary control
- Possess strong customer service skills
- Be approachable, and driven to achieve customer satisfaction
- Pride yourself on delivering excellent services and placing the customer at the heart of everything that you do
- Possess strong IT and budgetary skills
- ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible

- anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required
