As Content Marketing Executive what you'll be doing

  • In this full time 5 day per week position you will join the team working predominantly at our Homewood hotel with certain days at The Bird and Bishopstrow Hotel & Spa, you will therefore be required to travel between sites using your own transport. After the successful completion of your probation period a hybrid working plan will be introduced
  • Creation and management of the monthly social media strategy with storytelling at its core
  • Daily creation and management of social content including reels, videos and TikTok trends
  • Designing, planning, and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive enquiries and web traffic
  • Support the marketing team in building a network of digital influencers
  • Organising and supporting during photoshoots, ensuring shoot lists are creating and content gaps are filled
  • Create copy for webpages, blogs, newsletters, social media and third parties
  • Show an ability to create detailed marketing reports and statistics to enable fruitful discussions on investment and marketing opportunities
  • Create campaigns and ads for all properties and outlets to support initiatives
  • Raise the profile of our brands within Kaleidoscope at national and local levels including on social media, supporting the organisation's ambitions
  • Supporting the wider marketing team with strategy development and brand development
