We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate customer records
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Requirements:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, particularly English and Spanish (bilingual)
  • Experience in upselling products or services is a plus
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Salary:
£17.00-£22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
