We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate customer records
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Requirements:

Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
Ability to speak multiple languages, particularly English and Spanish (bilingual)
Experience in upselling products or services is a plus
Proficient in data entry and computer skills
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
