Overview:
This is an opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator with Prison In-reach to make a difference in people's lives.

This exciting new role will provide strong partnerships and joint working within the prison and beyond to seek to reduce re-offending and improve health and well-being outcomes for people with a history of Substance Misuse.

As a part of the Change Grow Live team you'll help people get to where they want to be and make a difference.

We are looking for passionate people and friendly faces, you'll work with highly skilled colleagues across the country to support and engage people in drug and alcohol treatment services.

No two days will be the same and we're looking for people who have a range of skills and expertise, who believe in being open, compassionate and bold in everything they do.

This role is one of many that we are recruiting following funding from Public Health England to offer more support for people using drugs and alcohol.
