Description
The role of the Administrative Assistant provides client administrative/operations support for a data centre critical facility team and oversees multiple vendors and clients. This role is a data-entry level position.
This position will be office based. Working from home, on occasion, needs to be approved by the line manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Data entry into client controls systems and spreadsheets
- Submission of data
- Creation of purchase orders for client management approval for all sites
- Tracking of client approval system
- Liaising with job owners and suppliers throughout PO process
- Any other duties as required by the business
Qualifications & Experience required
- HNC/D in a Business or Administrative discipline
- Understanding of the data centre environment is a plus
- Data entry and spreadsheet knowledge
