Description

We are looking for an experienced PA/EA to provide support to our chief guide and their small team of senior volunteers.

You will be proactive and highly-organised with strong diary management experience. The role would suit someone who enjoys working with a wide variety of stakeholders with different roles and backgrounds. Experience of volunteering, or working with volunteers and/or in the charity sector would be an advantage.

You will be confident in juggling multiple - sometimes competing - stakeholder needs and priorities, and in influencing and negotiating with others.

You'll also have good problem-solving skills and experience of improving processes within an organisation.

It's an exciting time to join the team as we have just appointed a new chief guide and you will play an important part in helping her to establish her team and ways of working with others across the organisation.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 14 months

From £31,644.00 per year
