Description

Join Nudge Education in our mission to ensure every child can live a Life Worth Living.

Who we are:

We are Nudge Education.
We exist to support chronically disengaged children and provide life-changing guidance and mentoring, ensuring they never get left behind.

Last year, around 90,000 young people were persistently absent from education in the UK, and we are determined to bring about change.

Who we need and The Role:
We are seeking compassionate, innovative Practitioners who are resilient and determined, capable of delivering with inventive imagination.

We need individuals who are passionate about inclusion and can create a safe environment to inspire young people to see the value in education again, with the power to broaden our students' horizons, showing them that life is worth living.

Your work is unlikely to be within a traditional classroom or therapeutic setting, the world is our workspace and your knowledge of the local environment and community will be key to successful intervention design.

You'll be expected to think on your feet and adapt to whatever is thrown your way, always putting the needs of the student first, but you won't be alone in this.

We have a strong support network around you with peer support on hand as well as regional hubs you can tap into for resources and advice.

You will be required to work on a 1:1 basis (or 2:1 with support of an additional practitioner). The key to our approach lies in establishing a strong connection with our students.

Our diverse network includes professionals from Education, Academia, HealthCare, Professional Mental Health and therapeutic practice, Uniformed Services, creative industries, sports clubs, and more.

This diversity enables us to make the perfect match with our students, giving each intervention the best chance of success.

We refer to our network of practitioners as 'Education Experts' or 'Nudge Minds Practitioners' depending on your expertise.

The practicalities:

You will be working on a
flexible contract, joining a network where various interventions will be offered based upon location and match with a student.

In return, you will receive a
competitive rate of £ £25.00 for lead roles OR £ £17 for support roles plus various expenses, allowances and reporting fees.

You will need to be available during daytime hours, Monday-Friday.

You will need to have consistent weekly availability to ensure stability in the session times for your students. We require at minimum 2 consistent regular days per week.
