Description
You will be expected to manage the reception area, dealing with incoming phone calls and visitors to the site.

Several other ad hoc administration tasks will also need to be completed, which could include booking taxis and rooms, raising order requests, having responsibility over incoming post, diary management, managing email inboxes, and general administration office duties, amongst others.

An ability to work independently and as part of a team, liaising with other members of staff, will be crucial to the role.
