Duties:
We are looking for support staff who have experience in supporting people with a physical disability.

We are looking for female members of staff only as the job includes supporting a female with personal care, bathing and is the request of the individual.

Staff would be responsible for supporting the person to going to pubs, theatre, gigs, shopping, eating out and anything else you can think of to have a good time


Experience:

• Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of personcentered care approaches and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour
