enthusiastic individual to support the
growing, dynamiccustomer service department with all
pre-sales enquiries

Sounds interestingwhat are mydaily Duties?

  • Taking all presales calls
  • Responding to all social media, website, review and YouTube comments
  • Take all these comments and feedback to the digital team to help improve content for the website and blog
  • Check that all resellers have the correct descriptions, photos and specifications on their websites

Sound must have:


  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Excellent Written & verbal communication
  • Good organisational skills
  • Polite and friendly manner
  • Ability to prioritise daily workload
