Vaccines remain the key to the UK living with COVID, delivered through the high quality and high impact outcomes of this unit.

Our approach is to 'deliver together' across the multi-disciplinary 'rainbow' team (project delivery, policy, commercial, logistics modellers, scientists, clinical, coms.) in an inclusive structure where every voice is heard and people really grow.

We also work closely with all our suppliers in this new, fast evolving market, academia (research is fundamental), and with colleagues right across HMG.

  • In conjunction with the Supply Chain Assurance Lead, develop plans to support manufacturer in mitigating risks and/or working around known issues to ensure smooth delivery of supply.
