Stride Recruitment are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join a well-established, reputable, national outfit, within their local branch.

You will be joining a 500+ outfit that can rapidly, accelerate your earnings, and career growth.

You must be fully CeMAP and will benefit from clear career progression, excellent training and development. There is great earning potential, and a lovely team.

  • Basic £20,000 £28,000 OTE £45,000 + Yr1
- £500 X first 6 months start up bonus (more depending)
- £250 bonus each month or Company car

  • Excellent commission structure 10% up to 25k, 15% up to 100k then 25% 100k+
  • Hit bonuses of £1500 after each 10k post 100k
  • All leads provided
  • Client facing experience
  • Friendly and supportive team
  • Mon-Friday with 1 in 2 Saturdays and day off during the week

Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
