The role

Reporting to the Head of Technical, the
Process Manager is responsible for ensuring that all NPD is scaled up into the bakery and that the critical path from kitchen sign off to launch is achieved.

The right person will manage all changes to from raw materials right through to the finished product and artwork. They will be expected to review and challenge the processes and controls to ensure that product specifications are met.

Responsibilities of our Process Manager:

Management and reporting of all aspects of EPD and NPD
Coordinate and manage all stakeholder of the launch critical path to ensure all parties work collaboratively to meet deadlines. Management of product/recipe changes and ensuring finished product specifications match customer requirements for the finished the product. Updating all documentation as a result. Management of all microbiological/analytical testing

Skills and experience required of our Process Manager:
