We are seeking to appoint a permanent Senior Data and Systems Administrator to the Data and Systems team in the Postgraduate Admissions Office.


The Senior Data and Systems Administrator will play a key role in ensuring a smooth running and development of the systems used by PAO to support postgraduate applicants in admission to the University, and to enable a wide variety of stakeholders (including applicants, administrators and academics) to engage effectively with these systems.


In this role you will:
- work closely with the IT team (based in University Information Services) to ensure continuous development and improvement of the postgraduate admissions systems - the course database, postgraduate applicant portal, and student records management system (CamSIS);
- work to ensure effective communication between these systems;
- ensure that accurate and consistent reporting from the systems is possible;
- deal with queries from system users;
- use data from these systems to run reports and answer queries.
