Day Shift: Early Shift 04:45 14:00
Mid Shift 11:00 20:00
Late Shift 13:4 22:00_

Job Summary

Service of food and drinks, handling à la carte food orders, looking after the service of food, wines, cocktails and coffee.

You will demonstrate strong communications skills, strong customer service focus and a friendly positive attitude.

What you'll be doing

Making a note of our lounge guest food requests
Serving of food and beverages to lounge guests
Clearing and setting up of tables for dining purposes
Maintaining the buffet replenishing food items, explaining dishes on the buffet and assisting with service
Polishing of cutlery, crockery, and glassware
Ability to describe dishes offered on the buffet and a la carte menu explaining the allergens
Attend to passenger queries and complaints
Consult the supervisors and managers as and when required
Liaise with the bar person and culinary team with regards to food and drinks orders
Ensuring that all food and beverage related services are provided as per Qatar Airways standards (these will be provided during the service training provided by Qatar Airways management)
Assisting the cleaning team in the lounge and backofhouse areas during non

- passenger usage.
