Quality Lead Skills Bootcamp

Fixed Term Contract Until 31st March 2025

Are you an experienced qualified teacher, who has experience in driving quality assurance systems and processes forward, and the ability to promote continuous improvement in raising and maintaining quality standards?


Hull Training and Adult Education, a division of Hull City Council's Economic Development and Regeneration department is recruiting to the post of Quality Lead Skills Bootcamp.


Reporting to the Senior Lead Quality (SLQ) and working alongside the Skills Bootcamp Team you will build excellent relationships with employers, subcontractors and stakeholders and internal team leads to ensure delivery is compliant with internal and external quality compliance processes across our Skills Bootcamp provision.

Skills Bootcamps are part of the Government's Lifetime Skills Guarantee which supports everyone in gaining skills for life. Offering bespoke training solutions to bridge existing gaps within high demand sectors.


A dynamic approach to supporting external providers/delivery partners with Quality Assurance, improvements and ensuring that they are Ofsted ready is required.

Including in depth knowledge of the Education Inspection Framework and the ability to provide innovative CPD to support delivery providers.


The post will undertake regular monitoring visits to external providers/delivery partners and ensure data received is correct and timely, producing, interpreting, and understanding complex data reports and providing support to Skill Bootcamp team in maintaining and improving Quality systems and processes within Skills Bootcamp offer.
