Working Hours:
Working shifts will be scheduled during the operational hours of 8:30am - 5:15pm, Monday - Friday (37 hours per week)


The primary purpose of the Customer Support Advisor is to provide telephone customer service to users of software used within the health care sector.


Assisting the customers with their queries may be required to help with a first-time resolution or directing them to the training materials within the software.

The advisor will need to undertake real-time account administration via an automated dialer system and bespoke database.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for maintaining appropriate and comprehensive records of all customer discussions on the relevant client database in line with current procedures. This includes accurate prioritisation and triaging of the issues logged by customers
  • Responsible for answering the phone and resolving issues raised by customers in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
  • Responsible for identifying and dealing with all thirdparty issues e.g. integration issues with the software
  • Responsible for handling inbound via the automated Dialler system.
  • Responsible for processing data concerning account management, which implies understanding, decisionmaking, analysis and good communication skills.
  • Active participation in all aspects of training and selfaccountability for personal development and objectives.
  • Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand.

To qualify for this role you must:

  • Have a confident telephone manner
  • Have previous experience of working in a fast paced environment.
  • Have a background in a customerfacing role
  • Have customer service experience
  • Have previous experience from working in a performance driven environment
  • Have good interpersonal skills (both written and oral)
