Page Personnel have just registered a new permanent Financial Accountant position for a rapidly growing services business based in Leeds.

Due to continued growth of the business it has resulted in the need to grow the finance function. Our client now havean opportunity available for an Financial Accountant to join their expanding team.

Description
As the Financial Accountant, you will report into the Financial Controller.

Key duties will include but not be limited to the production of monthly management accounts, budget preparations, KPI reporting and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, maintainingthe fixed asset register, journal postings, VAT returns and assisting with forecasting and cost analysis.

You will also be responsible for managing a small team and dealing with auditors at year end.

Profile

Have held a Financial Accountant role previously
Be actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA qualification or be qualified by experience
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Have excellent attention to detail
Have staff management expereince
Experience in full month and period end procedures

Job Offer
- £35,000 - £40,000
