Family Law Senior Associate (5+ years PQE)
Maidenhead/Hybrid

An international law firm require an experienced family lawyer to their firm based in Maidenhead offering a competitive salary, career progression and hybrid working.

The successful Family Solicitor will be a minimum of 5PQE, dealing with a wide variety of family matters, particularly in complex divorces.

Main Duties:

Working from the first intake meeting to the end of the case, specialising in divorce and other family work, but willing to take on other clients from time to time.
Working directly with the senior partners and other lawyers in the United Kingdom, United States, and other jurisdictions
Performing substantive casedriven research and legal analysis;
Drafting court submissions, correspondence and other documents;
Contributing to team efforts to devise strategies for achieving client goals;
Negotiating with opponents;
Contributing to firm growth through marketing, business development and special projects;
Supervising more junior lawyers and legal analysts
